本文根据素质教育的要求,强调了构建良好师生关系的意义,分析了现今师生关系中存在的问题与原因,提出了改善和优化师生关系的措施。

On the basis of the demand for quality education, the author sees that it is significant to establish good relations between teachers and students, for good teacher-student relations can help to promote all-round individual development. However, there exist some problems among the relations. The paper points out the questions, analyzes the cause of them and finally comes up with several effective measures to solve the problems as well as to better the relations.
