Survey and analysis of mental health status of the first group of medical sergeants

目的 :评估首届卫生士官生的心理健康状况 ,了解基层部队的心理卫生工作 ,为院校心理健康教育提供参考。方法 :采用UPI对我校 2 0 0 3年入学的首届卫生士官生 1 2 0人的心理健康进行普查。结果 :39.1 6 %士官生可能存在心理问题需要咨询和关注 ,但比率低于同期调查的本科生及入伍新兵。结论 :首届卫生士官的心理素质较高 ;基层部队的心理卫生工作比较落后 ;

Objective To evaluate the mental health status of the medical sergeants,discuss the problems of mental hygiene in the elementary troops and provide reference for mental health education of university.Methods Mental health of 120 medical sergeants who had been enrolled in 2003 was surveyed by University Personality Inventory(UPI).Results 39.61%of the medical sergeant probably had mental illness,but the rate was lower than the rate of undergraduates and recruits surveyed at the same time.Conclusion The mental health status of the medical sergeants was relatively better,while that of the elementary troops was relatively undeveloped. Therefore the university should take more steps to train psychologists for the troops.
