摘要
通过对21例酒中毒案例的类型、责任能力的分析,认为酒中毒情况十分复杂,临床上既要严格区分各种类型,还要判明与犯罪的关系,应慎重对待。
We analysed the types and responsibility of 21 cases of alcoholism and thought that the situation of alcoholism is complicated. We should not only strictly distinguish the different clinical types,but also identify the relationship between alcoholism and criminal offence. We must treat it carefully.
