本文采用叔胺为催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸辛苄酯.重点探讨了邻苯二甲酸单辛酯与氯化苄的缩合反应过程.通过正交试验,考察了缩合温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对产品产率和酸值的影响.确定了最佳缩合条件.产品产率为80%.
In this paper, the synthesis of octyl benzyl phthalate Catalyed by tertiary amine was adopted. Specialty, deals with condensation of mono octyl phthalate and benzyl chloride. The effect of condensation temperature, reation time and catalyst amount on the product yield and acid value were investigated by orthogonal test of three factors and three levels. The optimum condensation conditions were determined and product yield was 80%.
