摘要 文章介绍了一种应用热管技术回收半水煤气生产中的吹风气废热新系统,并指出防止水热管超温和低温腐蚀可用调整热管冷热端面积来实现,从而扩大了水热管的应用范围. A new recovery system which used heat pipe technique that has been put forward to recovering the waste heat of the blow water gas process is introduced in this paper. The problem of operation's failiure due to the exceeding temperature of heat pipe and the soot blockage has been solved by well adjusting the area of hot side or cold side of heat pipe. This process will favour the generalized application of heat pipe technique
