电刺激大白鼠、豚鼠坐骨神经中枢端引起呼吸和心率的效应分析

摘要 以中等强度电刺激大白鼠、豚鼠坐骨神经中枢端,可引起呼吸加深加快及心率加快效应。横断大白鼠颈髓后,呼吸和心率变慢和电刺激大白鼠坐骨神经中枢端没有引起呼吸和心率增快的效应,这显示了呼吸和心血管机能的调节,除需要最基本的延髓呼吸和心血管中枢、大脑皮质、脑干和小脑存在与心血管和呼吸活动有关的神经元参与外,还与脊髓的低级反射中枢有关。以同样电强度刺激豚鼠颈交感干头端,只引起心率加快效应,对呼吸活动几乎无影响。 Respiration and heart rate in rats and guinea pigs were quickenedby mod- erate intensitive electrical stimulation to the central ends of their sciatic nerves. When cervical spinal cords in rats were transected, respiration and heart rate slowed down and noquickened effects on respiration and heart rate were in- duced by electrical stimulation. This revealed regulation of respiratory and cardiovascular function might be related to the lower reflex center in spinal cord in addition to the other essential regulations. Electrical stimulation in the same intensity to cervical sympathetic trunks in guinea pigs only caused the heart rate to quicken but had hardly effects on respiratory activities.
