跌打万花油治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤23例疗效观察

Treatment of acute radiation cutaneous injury with Wan Hua Oil: Therapeutic observation of 23 cases

用跌打万花油治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤21例,并与常规用药的对照组12例进行对比观察,其疗效较好,经统计学处理,差异有高度显著性。提示采用跌打万花油治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤有良好疗效。此药有抗茵、消炎、止痛、止血、收敛、生肌和长皮等作用,其对本病的作用机理可能是润滑和保护创面,刺激成纤维细胞生长,促进伤口生发健康肉芽,加速创面愈合。

23 patients with acute radiation in jury on skin have beentreated with Wan Hua Oil in our hospital since 1986. Compared with control group of 12 patients, the therapeutic effectiveness was better and with a statistically signifi- cant difference. Results showed that the effect on this disease was very good. This preparation has following functions: antisepsis, anti-inflammation, allevi- ating pain, stopbleeding, astringency and regeneration of the tissue and skin. Its mechanism in the treatment of acute radiation cutaneous in jury might be to protect and grease the lesion, stimulate growth of fibrocyte, promote develop- ment of healthful granulation on the wound and foster healing of wound sur- face.
