以亚铁盐—过氧化氢为引发剂、碱醇水为水解液制备S—HPAN树脂的研究

摘要 通过以亚铁盐一过氧化氢为引发剂的淀粉接枝丙烯腈共聚反应制备S—PAN。研究了引发剂的浓度、淀粉和单体的重量比和温度对单体转化率、接枝效率和接枝百分率的影响,S-PAN以碱的醇水溶液水解得到S—HPAN。讨论了水解液的组成与S—HPAN吸水率之间的关系。 S--PAN is prepared by the graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto corn starch using ferrous salt-hydrogen peroxide as initiator. The effects of concentration of the ini- tiator, weight ratios between starch and monomer and temperature on conversion of monomer, grafting efficiency and graft content are studied. S--HPAN is prepared by hydrolysis of S--PAN using a solution of alkali and alcohol--water as hydrolysate. The relationship between composition of the hydrolysate and water absorbency of S--HPAN is discussed.
