稀土拌种对玉米幼苗抗盐性的影响初探 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过以不同用量的稀土对玉米进行拌种,并浇以不同浓度的NaCl溶液进行培养,然后对玉米幼苗的形态特征和生理指标进行测定。结果表明:用一定量的稀土拌种可以提高玉米的抗盐性,促进幼苗生长,同时发现,随着培养液浓度的提高,最佳稀土拌种用量降低。 By the way of seed dressing in the rare earth solutions of different concentration to the maize seeds, and culturing in the NaCl solutions of different concentration, it was deter- mined that morphologial characteres and physiologic indexes of maize seedlings. The experimental outcome shows that salt--resistance of maize is raised, and the seedling growing is promoted by the way of the seed dressing in the rare earth solutions of certain concentration. The outcome, too, shows that the best concentration of the rare earth solutions for the seed dressing are reducing a- long with the increasing of the salt concentration of the culturing solutions.
