山西运城盐湖卤虫粗脂及Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg元素的测定

THE DETEMINATION OF COARSE FATS AND SUCH ELMENTS AS Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Mg IN ARTENMIA SP IN THE SALT LAKE OF YUNCHENG,SHAN XI

本文以山西运城盐湖与天津盐田卤虫的成体及卵为材料,采用Soxhlet法提取脂肪并测定其碘价,采用分光光度法及原子吸收光谱法测定Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg元素的含量,为卤虫的营养分析提供依据。

This peper uses the adult artemia and its eggs found in the salt lake in Yunchemg,Shanxi and salt field in TianJin as the material and abstracts its corse fats and deter- minc its iodine number through Soxhlets method, while the contents of such element as Fe、Cu、 Zn、Mn、Mg in artemia are determined by spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectropho- tometer,thus proriding evidence for the nutritions analysis of artemia.
