摘要
本文报道一种水相滴定弱酸弱碱性药物的方法,没有环境污染,不需要确定等当点,操作简单快速,结果与药典法吻合。
A novel titrimctry in aqueous solution to weak acidic or weak basic drugs for which the pharmacopoeia methods are non-aqueous titration is advanced in this paper. Amitriptyline and diphenhydramine were selected to be studied. The determination results of present method coincided with the Pharmacopoeia's.
