摘要 目的 :建立毛细管电泳高频电导法分离检测游离氨基酸的优化分离条件。方法 :将 1 8种游离氨基酸经自由区带电泳分离后 ,进行高频电导检测。结果 :1 8种氨基酸能在 9min内较好地分离 ,线性在 5 .0 0× 1 0 -5~ 5 .0 0× 1 0 -3 mol/L范围 ,最低检出限在 1 6 .4~ 74 .8μmol/L范围。 结论 :毛细管电泳高频电导法有望成为一种临床上快速、直接、准确、低成本的氨基酸检测方法。 Objective To establish a new method for the determination of free amino acids.Methods 18 underivatized amino acids were separated using capillary zone electrophoresis and consequently detected with high frequency conductivity detection.Results 18 kinds of free amino acids were separated and detected under optimum condition within 9 mimutes. The assay was linear from 5.00×10 -5 to 5.00×10 -3 mol/L. The minimal detection limit was 16.4~74.8 μmol/L.Conclusion Capillary electrophoresis-high frequency conductivity detection is very hopeful to be a quick,highly efficient,sensitive,accurate and cheap technology for the determination of free amino acids in clinical practice and scientific research.
