摘要
本文提出用 PAR 做显色剂,采用卡尔曼滤波——导数分光光度法同时测定镍、铜、锌三组分混合物的方法.该法同时具有卡尔曼滤波和导数光谱的优点.样品不经分离直接测定.镍、铜、锌在一阶导数光谱最大波长处的一阶导数摩尔吸光系数分别是3.8×10~5,1.6×10~5和6.2×10~5,较基本光谱最大波长处的摩尔吸光系数分别提高5.8倍,4.2倍和6.4倍.合成样分析结果良好.
In this paper,the derivative spectrophotometry method based on Kalman filter is described for simultaneous determination of Ni,Cu and Zn with 4-(2-pyridylazo) -resorcinol(FRA).The method offers the advantages of both Kalman filter and deriva- tive spectrophotometry methods.In this method the sample can be determined directly pr- eseparation step not being heeded.First derivative molar absorptivities ofNi,Cu and Zn are 3.8×10~5,1.6×10~5 and 6.2×10~5respectively,and are respectively 5.8,4.2 and 6.4 times of those in conventional spectrophotometry.The result of determination of the synthetic sample is satisfactory.
