摘要
本文建立了物资分类的层次分析模型,并将其应用于企业的物资 ABC 分类.该方法较好地解决了传统 ABC 分类法对分类时涉及的许多定性因素无法定量综合处理这一问题.
An analytic hierarchy process model is built up in this paper.The model is used to make material ABC classification of an enterprise.It can overcome the disadv- antage of the traditonal material ABC classification method which can not consider all the concerning qualitative factors in quantity.
