双矩钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折

Treatment of fracture of tibial shaft with internal fixation by double rectangle intrameddullay nailing: An analysis of 60 cases

采用及矩钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折60例,经半年至1年半随访,56例愈合良好,4例严重污染的开放性骨折术后感染,结果2例延迟愈合,2例形成骨髓炎,该钉设计合理,打操作简便,内固定坚强,可早期负重,骨折愈合时间缩短,功能恢复满意,值得推广使用。

Followed up for 6-18 months, 56 cases healed well, 4 cases of seriouslycontaminated open fracture were infected after operation so 2 delayed healing and 2 developed into osteomyelitis. It is suggested that the nail is rea- sonable in design, easy to operate, strong in internal fixation, shortens the peri- od of fracture healing, weightbearing in the early stages and is promotionable.
