消痔灵囊内注射治疗鼻前庭囊肿的临床疗效观察

Treatment of injection in cyst with Xiao Zhi Ling for nasal vesbular cyst

目的 :探讨鼻前庭囊肿的非手术治疗方法。方法 :采用囊内注射消痔灵治疗 2 7例鼻前庭囊肿患者 ,并随访观察6～ 2 4月。结果 :2 5例患者痊愈 ,总治愈率 92 .6 %。 2例囊液多达 8～ 9ml,治疗效果不佳 ,改为手术治疗。结论 :囊内注射消痔灵治疗鼻前庭囊肿疗效良好 ,安全可靠 ,对巨大的鼻前庭囊肿疗效不佳 。

Objective To explore a conservative therapy of nasal vestibular cyst. Methods 27 cases of nasal vestibular cyst were injected in vest with Xiao Zhi Ling and followed for 6～24 monthes.Results 25 cases were recovery(92.6%). Because of more than 8～9ml of mucus in the cyst,2 cases could not get satisfactory cure effect and surgery was performed instead.Concusion It is a good and safe therapy of injection in cyst with Xiao Zhi Ling to treat nasal vestibular cyst. But it could not be good for large nasal vestibular cyst and surgery should be necessary.
