沙棘具有活血散瘀、化痰宽胸、补脾健胃、生津止渴、清热止泻等功效。主要用于治疗心血管系统疾病及抗肿瘤、抗癌等方面。本文就近年来国内有关文献对沙棘的化学成分。

Hippophae rhamnoides L. is a Chinese herbal medicine with efficiency of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, resolving phlegm and relieving depression in the chest, invigorating the spleen and strengthening the stomach, producing body fluid to quench thirst, clearing away heat to stop diarrhea, et al. This paper summaried the chemical and pharmacological research on Hippophae rhamnoides L. in therapy of cardiovascular system diseases and anti-tumor or anticancer (within several years in China).
