摘要
The Seventh Ministerial Meeting of the Group of 77 opened on November 19 in Teheran,capital of Iran.On Novemoer 23,a "Teheran Declaration" was published at the end of the meeting.The 128 delegates agreed unanimously that the growing gap between the South and the North became a main difficult problem facing the international community.
