摘要 我们曾报导柴胡甲醇提取物活化小鼠肝或腹水癌细胞腺苷酸环化酶(AC)的作用。近来,我们对柴胡进行有效成份分离,并用小鼠肝制备AC的活性为指标鉴测分离组分的作用。结果发现经分离的柴胡组分有活化AC的作用外,还首次发现柴胡组分有抑制AC的作用,其中两个柴胡组分有显著抑制AC作用,而且成量效关系。 The activatory effect of the Mech extract of Chai Hu, Bupleurum Chinese DC, on adenylate cyclase in mouse hepatocyte preparation (ACHP) was reported by us Recently we have been investigated that the isolation of the active fractions of Chai Hu by monitoring its activatory or inhibitory activities on the ACHP. The results showed that the isolated fractions of Chai Hu still has the activatory effect on the ACHP. And we firstly founde that two isolated fractions, named CH-5 and CH-7, have the inhibitory effects on the ACHP significantely. CH-5 and CH-7 inhibite the ACHP in a concentraction depentent manner.
