祁州漏芦对大鼠B型单胺氧化酶活性的抑制作用

The Inhibition of Rhaponticum Uniflorum (L.) DC upon Type B Monoamine Exidase Activity of Rat

体外实验证明,祁州漏芦乙醇提取物能显著抑制大鼠大脑线粒体B型单胺氧化酶(MAO—B)的活性,而对肝MAO—B活性的抑制作用仅为对脑抑制作用的50％左右。酶促动力学研究表明,祁州漏芦对MAO—B活性的抑制作用属竞争性抑制。

The article wes a study on the effects of alcohol extraction of rhapontic-um uniflorum (L. ) DC on mitochondria of type B monoamine exidase (MAO-B) activity of rat's cerebrum and its liver through extrinsic experiment. The result proved that the alcohol extraction can apparently inhibit MAO-B activity of mitochondria in cerebrum while the inhibition upon the activity of liver MAO-B was only about 50% compared with that upon rat's cerebrum. From the aspect of enzyme kinetics study, the inhibition of rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC upon the MAO-B activity was of compet'tive inhibition .
