摘要
本文以五味子、刺味加喂饲22月龄大鼠2个月后,观察了与老化相关的5项指标的变化情况。结果与对照组比较,发现五味子组红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性增高8.42％,全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高59.26％、红细胞膜脂质过氧化物降低34.32％、血浆脂质过氧化物降低30.95％、红细胞膜Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性降低12.54％;刺五加组只发现红细胞膜脂质过氧化物降低17.75％和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性升高17.42％有统计学意义。提示两种中药都有一定抗衰老作用。
The 22 months old rats were treated with Wuweiz(Schizandra Chinensis B.) or Ci-wujia(Acanthopana Senticosus H)for 2 month. The activities of SOD and GSH-Px were markedly elevated(8.42%and59.26%, P<0.01)in Wuweizj group,compared with that in the controls. On the other hand, the levels of LPO in plasma and RBC membrane were lowered by 30.96% and 34.30%(P<0.01). In the case of Ciwujia group, the Na+-K+-ATP ase activity was significantly raised(17.42%, P<0.05), and the LPO level in RBC membrane was dropped by 17.75%, (P<0.05). These results suggest that both Wuweizi and Ciwujia have some aging-against effects, but the mechanism may be different from each other.
