摘要
4g/kg/日枳术丸灌服能明显增加正常小鼠肝糖元,而明显降低血糖。8g/kg能明显提高正常小鼠对碳末的吞噬能力,提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,枳术丸并有增加大鼠胆汁分泌和抑制正常小鼠胃肠推进趋势。
Hepatin level was markedly increased (p<0.05) and blood sugar was markedly decreased (p<0.01) when4g/kg/day P.O.of Zi Shu wan (枳术丸) was administrated in mice. 8g/kg and 4g/kg doses could increase bile secretion in rats and inhibite gastroenteric moving in mice.8g/kg could enbance ability to phagocytize carbon corpuscle in mice (p<0.05) and to resist brain anoxemia in mice (p<0.05) .The results suggested that invigorating the Pi and promoting digestion of Zi Shu Wan related to regularizing sugar metabolism and immunization.
