摘要
赤芍注射液在体外能使兔血浆KPTT、PT和TT延长,作用随赤芍浓度的增加而增强,其抗凝血酶的活性约相当于2.0×10^(-3)单位肝素活性/mg赤芍。家兔静注赤芍3g/kg后,KPTT、PT和TT也显著延长,其维持最大药效一半的时间约为51分钟。赤芍的抗凝作用不依赖于ATⅢ,可能是对凝血酶发挥即时的直接抑制作用。
Chisho (Radix Paeouiae Rubra) injection could prolong kaolin partial thromboplastic time (KPTT), prothrombin time (PT) and thrombin time (TT) of the rabbit plasma in vitro. The action was strengthening varied with the add of the dosage. The activity of the drug was about 2.0×10-3 unit heparin activity per mg Chishao. After intravenous injected the injection (3g/kg), KPTT, PT and TT in rabbit also prolonged significantly, expecially in 10 to 30 minutes after injected. The half time that the drug maintained its maximum effect was 51 minutes. Toluidine blue could only partial inhibit the activity of antithrombin of the drug (the rate of inhibition was about 17%). Anti-anti-thrombin Ⅲ serum had no obvious influence on the antithrombin action of the drug. The study suggest that the effective components of the anti-coagulation of the drug are mainly the category of non-polysaccharide,and it is probably that the mechanism of the action is the drug inhibit thrombin directly rather rely on antithrombin Ⅲ.
