摘要
Lamalginite, also called colloalginite or alginite B, is a common maceral occurring in sapropelic coals, oil shales and oil source rocks. However, it has not been reported publicly in China. In this note, detailed organic petrological characteristics of terrestrial oil and gas source rocks in China have been investigated to recognize this maceral, and a preliminary research on its hydrocarbon-generating characteristics has been made.
