摘要
本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,研究了709苹果的过氧化物酶同工酶谱的数量和活性。结果表明:在不同的营养器官、发育阶段存在着较为明显的差异,是基因引起的遗传变异,非环境所致,是一个晚熟的优良新品种,可在生产中应用和推广。
In the experiment, both the numbers and the activation are studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The result shows: in the apple's different nutrition organs aud during different stages of development, there are different numbers and activation, which is actu-ally caused by the heredity variation of the gene but not the environment. 709-Apple is a fine late variet ty that can be popularized and applled to practice.
