摘要
本文通过对宁夏农业区情深入分析,在列举大量事实与数据的基础上,提出发展宁夏黄河农业的战略思考,可供领导决策和制订农业发展规划参考。
The paper, through 鈔alysing the agricultural circumstances in Ningxia and based on the facts and data concerned, posed the strategic conception of developing the Yellow River agricul- ture , which may provide a reference for authorities concerned to make decision and programmes of agricultural development.
