摘要
实施“231工程”师资是关键。本文提出职业中学和乡技校肩负实施“231工程”重任,其师资短缺问题,可通过多层次、多形式进行培养;还应动员社会力量,轮留到农村行使教师功能。先生到位、称职,才能教好学生。
Teachers are the key to carrying out project 2-3- 1. This p鈖er pointed out that the vocational middle school in the county and the technical school in the township would play an im-portant part in the task. The shortage of teachers may be solved through training trainees with differ-ent level and in varies ways while the publics, such as scientific and technical personnel,should be en-couraged in turn to work as a teacher in rural areas.
