试论宁夏水资源的短缺及其节水对策

ON DEFICIENCY OF WATER RESOURCE & STRATEGY FOR WATER SAVING IN NINGXIA

宁夏地处西北内陆,降水稀少,蒸发量大,水资源必须合理开发利用。本文对此提出应加强用水管理、发展渠道防渗衬砌、完善灌区工程配套、实行井渠双灌、更新灌水技本以及改进工矿企业的生产工艺和设备等,以提高水的有效利用率和重复利用率,旨在合理利用宁夏水资源、发展黄河经济。

Ningxia is located in the inland of northwest China. The rainfall is scarce with high e-vaporation. The water resources have to be rationally exploited and utilized. This paper suggested to enhance the management of water utilization, implement antiseepage canal project, perfectly form a complete set of irrigated area projects, carry out both well and canal irrigation, improve irrigation tech-nique, productive technology and equipment of f actoriesand mines, in order to enchance eff ective vti- lization coeffient and repeated utilization coefficient of water, rationally utilize water resources of Ningxia and develop Yellow River economy.
