宁夏水资源利用中的生态经济问题

OBLEM OF ECOLOGIC ECONOMY IN UTILIZATION OF WATER RESOURCES

本文分析了宁夏水资源利用现状,指出水资源利用中存在的主要问题是:1.水资源浪费严重;2.宁夏局部利益与黄河中下游之间有矛盾;3.水资源污染严重 ;4.水资源利用不平衡;5.南部山区水土流失;6.指导思想不力。作者认为,应遵循生态经济规律,科学合理利用宁夏水资源。

This paper analysed the present circumstances in utilization of water resources m Ningxia and pointed out that the major existing problems may be l/ serious waste of water resources; 2./ contradictions between the local benefit of Ningxia and that of areas in middle-and lower reaches of the Yellow River; 3/ serious pollution of water resources; 4/unbalanced utilization of water resources; 5/ loss of water and erosion of soil in the mountainous areas ; and 6/ no clear guidance in the utilization of the resources. The author suggested to follow the ecologic law of economy and utilize the water resources of Ningxia rationally.
