PRELIMINARY STUDY OF ECOLOGICAL ECONOMICS OF PLATFORM FIELDS USED AS FISH POND

基于资源的合理利用与增殖,结构功能的协调稳定,物质循环、能量流动和价值增殖的良性循环以及生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的同步发展的生态经济理论,并采取综合的技术经济措施和生态经济研究使引黄灌区鱼池台田获得了显著的效益,以养鱼为中心,农、林、牧、渔协调发展,初步形成了良性循环的经济体系。

Based on the theory of ecological economics on the rational utilization and increment of resources, on the coordinated stability of structural function, on the sound cycle of the material circulation, energy flow and increase in value, and on the development in step with ecological benefit, economic returns and social benefit, the comprehensive technical and economic measures were taken. The significant benefits have been gained from platform fields used as fish pond in the irrigation areas of Ningxia, through the study cf ecological economics. The economic system with a sound cycle, where agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery have been developed coordinately, taking the fishery as the centre, has been preliminarily formed.
