几种杨树对黄斑星天牛抗性基因型的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,利用过氧化物酶同工酶,研究了几种杨树对黄斑星天牛抗性的基因型。结果表明:抗性最强的是河北杨,最差的是箭杆杨;树种的抗虫性是受它的基因型决定的,非环境所致;抗虫性强的树种具抗虫特征酶带,而感虫性树种均缺失。这为今后抗黄斑星天牛树种选择和抗性选育及性状早期予测提供了科学的依据。 The resistant gene types were studied by the analysis of peroxidase isozymes using polyacry lamide gel electrophoresis.It was shown from the study that within six analysed poplar species the most resistant one was populus hopeiensis while the most susceptible one was P. nigra; the peroxidase isozyme types differed with the resistant degrees of poplar trees. The resistant degrees were determined by their gene types but resistant species had characteristic band (stems, A3, A6, A8 and B9; leaves A3, A5, B7 and B9) while the susceptible ones lacked in those band. The study provided a scientific basis for the early prediction of resistant prooerties in selection and breeding of poplar trees.
