摘要
本文围绕机床相对振动相位特性的评价指标——相对振动放大因子,对X8130型万能工具铣床的相对振动相位特性进行了试验研究,并利用Lagrange方程建立了模拟该机床相对振动的动力学模型和数学模型,编制了计算机程序,进行了计算和评价,提出了改进机床的建议。
This paper describes the evaluation targets of relative vibration—the magnification factor of relative vibration of X8130 universal tool milling machine. The phase characters of relative vibration of X8130 milling machine are studied experimentally. The dynamic model having five degrees of freedom by LAGRANGE is established and a computer program is developed. The calculated results agree with that of exciting test. The magnification factor of relative vibration of X8130 milling machine is discussed and the phase characters of this machine is unsatisfactory. The calculated results of some plan with different parameters show that the effective measure of improving this machine's phase characters is to strengthen the joint stiffness between knee and bed and to decrease the mass of knee of this machine. This paper proposes to adopt this measure for design and modification of universal tool milling machines and universal knee-and-column milling machines.
