摘要
带放气阀的增压系统是一种简单而有效,较适合我国现状的实现高增压的方案。本文分析了该增压系统的工作原理,在B6135-ZG20柴油机上进行了泄放增压空气的试验研究,采用数值模拟方法作了进一步的性能研究,最后为某舰用柴油机给出了一个增压系统的初步设计。
The turbocharging system with relief valve is simple, effective, and with good prospect for highly turbocharged diesel engines. In this paper, the principle of the system is analyzed and the experimental investigation of a boost air relieving system is done on a high speed diesel engine. A digital simulation method is employed for the further performance study. In addition, as an example, a preliminary design of the turbocharging system for a warship diesel engine is proposed.
