青霉素对小麦增产作用的示范试验结果初报

摘要 青霉素对小麦的代谢活动和生长发育具有很强的刺激作用和调节功能,它可以使小麦叶片的叶绿素含量升高。光合强度大;使穗长增加,穗粒数增多、灌浆速率明显增强、穗干重增加快。而且这种刺激作用和调节功能具有稳定性和再现性。通过二年的田间小区试验筛选出了最佳施药浓度即250ppm,以此浓度在小麦上进行了青霉素对小麦的增产作用及应用前景的对比示范试验,其结果是:各项指标都表现出喷药田优于对照田的趋势,其中以单产的增加更为突出,增产幅度达23%,可以看出,在小麦上喷洒250ppm的青霉素是大幅度提高小麦产量的有效栽培措施之一。 Using Penicillin on wheat there must be a strong regulation function and strong stimulation to the grouth of wheat,It can increase the conetntet of chlorophll,strengthen the photosgthetic, intensity Also increase the length of wheats spike and number of spikes kernel, strengthen inte nsity of filling spikes with milk,the weight of spikes was increaseol quicklg, And this regulation function and stimulation effect is both steady and reap pearance.Throngh two years tests in small area,selected the best con centration,that is 250 ppm Based on this,made contrast tests about the effect of penicillcins using on wheat and its utilzing in the future. The result showed all indices of spraying field is better than relative fielol, especially the production of per mu, it raised 23%, So we can see spray 250ppm peniicllin on wheat is one of effecive cultivated measwres to raise wheat yield.
