摘要
本文研究了利用紫外光度法测定光千金藤定碱片的条件及可行的测定方法。实验表明,在282nm波长下0.05mol.L^(-1)硫酸溶液中,光千金藤定碱的浓度在0.0100—0.0500mg.mL^(-1)范围内,吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=3.02×10^(-4)+17.12c,r=0.9996.本方法简便、快速、准确。
This article studies the condition and practicie method to determine the concentration of abellae stepholidinum with ultraviolet spectrophotometre. The results show that,at 282 nm wavelength, the absorbancy is linear respect to the concentration when the concentration of stepholidinum is from 00. 0100 to 0. 0500 mg·mL-1 in 0. 05mol·L-1H2SO4. The regression equation is A= 3. 02×10-4 + 17.12c, r =0.9996. The method given by the article is simple,quick and accurate.
