摘要
盐酸异可利定片在0.1mol·L^(-1)的盐酸溶液中,在220nm、267nm和301nm三波长处分别有最大吸收。在301nm波长处,盐酸异可利定浓度在10~100υg/ml范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系。本法简便、快速、准确。
d-Isocorydini hydrochloridum in 0.1mol·L-1 hydrochloride acid gets its absorbtion maximum at 220±1, 267±1and 301±1nm. The concentration of its solution in the range of 1.0×10-5 to 3.0×10-4g·mL-1 is in linear relationship with its absorbance at 101?1nm. this is an accurate, quick and simple method.
