Immunohistochemical Analysis of 193 Cases of Cacoethic Neoplasms

恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断比较困难,本文应用18种抗体对原HE诊断有疑问的193例恶性肿瘤进行免疫组化分析,结果与原HE诊断相符109例(56.5％),修正82例(42.5％),2例仍未能分类。免疫组化的应用对鉴别诊断恶性肿瘤有一定的帮助,可提高病理诊断率.

It was difficult to identify cacoethic neoplsms. This article reported the result in immunohistochemical analysis of 193 cases of cacoethic neo-plasms which have doubts about H'E diagnosis, using 18 kinds of antibody.109 cases of them (56.5% ) were the same as H'E diagnosis and 82 cases of them (42.49%) were adjusted. Two cases of them have not been classified.It is helpful to identify cacoethic neoplasms using immunohistochemical analysis.The method may increase the rate of pathological diagnosis.
