本文应用荧光免疫法对健康人丁胺卡那霉素的动力学参数进行了初步探讨,此法与微生物法的动力学参数无明显差异。

In this article we investigated pharmacokinetics referential number of Ami-kacin ( BB-K ) for the healthy person by fluorescent immunoussary. Pharma-cokinetics referential number by fluorcscen immunoussary were no obvious dif-ferences -with those by microbilbgical method.
