越南九十年代科技发展展望 被引量：2

摘要 一、越南科学技术的现状越南长期是一块殖民地,独立几十年来内外战争一直不断,几乎无暇顾及科学技术的发展,因此越南目前的科技仍然是落后的和不系统的。 1、技术设备落后。经过前些年的建设,越南有了一定的物质技术基础。但由于多年的战争环境和各项科技政策不尽符合越南的实际情况,越南目前大部分生产领域的科技水平都很低且不配套,大部分技术设备陈旧,约为50年代以前的水平,生产效率。
