摘要
本文研究了提取食品增稠剂后的白葡萄皮渣。经浸取、过滤、浓缩和干燥可得绿色色素,产品颜色纯正,无特殊异味, 产品收率约为2.7%。
In this paper we discuss the pigment is acquired from the white grape peel by extraction of acetone and filtered and concentrated and drircd.
