本文分析了徐州市作为区域性中心城市的特点,概括了流动人口所具有的几个特征,指出流动人口既对城市的经济建设和人民生活发挥一定的作用,同时也带来许多消极影响。对流动人口的生育管理,提出了一些措施和建议。

This article analyses the characteristic of Xuzhou. being a regional central city and summarizes some features which the floating population has . then points out that the mobile population not only plays an important part in the economical construction and people's living condition, but also brings many negativenfiuence. This paper omes up with some measures and suggestion in the management of mobile population.
