摘要
采用逐个修正动态聚类法对鄱阳湖区50块洲滩血吸虫病易感性分析结果表明:以钉螺密度、感染性钉螺密度和急性感染发病情况3个基准参量构成的三维空间中,各洲滩呈两个趋势面分布,其一以感染性钉螺密度较高和有急感病例发生的一类易感洲滩为主体;另一则包括两个亚群,分别由二、三类次易感和非易感洲滩构成。一、二、三类洲滩分别占16.0%、16.0%和68.0%。研究结果证实以上述指标为参量的三类划分,能合理并客观地反映鄱阳湖区洲滩易感性的实际情况。
An analsis was carried out on susceptibility (infective risk) of marshlands to schistosomiasis in Boyang Lake region by using stepwise correcting cluster method. A three-dimensional space was built with three parameters as snail density, infected snail density and incidence of acute schistosomiasis. The result showed that each of the 50 marshlands had its inclination of distribution to either one of the two groups: one group was comprised of those marshlands with higher density of infected snail and acute schistosomiasis (first type susceptible marshland), while the other group, mainly those with lower density of infected snail and it could be further devided into two subgroups (second and third type susceptible marshland). The percentage of the three groups was 16,0%, 16.0% and 63.0% respectively. This showed that the devision into three types on susceptibility of marshlands by using these three parameters could reflect reasonably and objectively the actual situation of infective risk on marshlands in Boyang Lake region.
