摘要
本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦(IEF)技术对卫氏并殖吸虫生活史3个发育阶段:囊蚴、童虫、成虫的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)同工酶谱进行研究。结果表明:从囊蚴到成虫MDH同工酶组份随着发育趋于复杂;在发育过程中,有些同工酶区带持续存在;随着宿主的转换有些区带消失或出现新的区带。定量分析显示同工酶活性随着生长和发育有所增减。结果提示:对发育过程中MDH酶谱的动态观察可部分地显示在遗传基因和寄生环境的双重影响下寄生虫所作出的适应性改变,是并殖吸虫发育生物学研究的有效手段之一。
The malate dehyrogenase (MDH) pattern of 3 developmental stages (i,e metacer-caria, young worms and adult worms) in the life cycle of P.westermani was determined by isoelectrofocusing electrophoresis (IEF) in polyacrylamide gel. The result showed that the contents of MDH isoenzymes increased during development from matacercaria to adult. Some isoenzyme bands persisted, some disappeared, some new isoenzyme bands appeared when the parasite moved from one host to another. The activity of MDH isoenzymes decreased or increased in different developmental stages of the life cycle. The study suggested that the change of MDH pattern of P.westermani during development processes was controlled by both genetic factors and parasitic environment and it provided more evidence for the study of developmental biology of P.westermani,
