Design,Realization and Application of the Management System for Files and Records of Graduate Students

对研究生的档案与成绩进行计算机管理是研究生科办公室自动化的一部分,实行计算机管理以后研究生管理工作走向规范化、制度化,使我们的研究生管理工作提高了一个等级。计算机管理不仅使管理工作简单易行,降低劳动强度,更重要的是使管理在计算机的辅助下严密周全,一丝不苟,从无序到有序,从而提高了管理工作的质量。本文介绍了研究主档案与成绩管理系统的设计思想,建立过程和初步使用的体会。

To arrange files and records of graduate students using computer is a part of OA in Adiministrative Offices of Graduate Students.The realization and application of manage- ment system makes adiministration of graduate students standardized and regularized.The idea outline,realizing procedure and results of the management system for files and records of graduate students are described in this paper.
