PDO是一种新型防腐剂。无色,无味,低毒,极易溶解在水里。它的水解产物有抑菌作用。浓度在2～3％时,用于膜防腐效果良好。

The PDO is a new type of conserving agent. It is colorless, tasteless, and low poi- son. It can be easily dissolved in water. Its hydrolysis product can inhibite microbe. When its concentration is 2~3%, the effect is satisfied for membrane preservation.
