摘要
本文用回转粘度计测定了不同共混比PVA/PVC共混体系在不同温度对的粘度变化。并系统地分析了各种添加剂对体系粘度的影响,计算出各共混体系的粘流活化能。文中探讨了PVA/PVC、SnO_3、H_3Bo_3共混体系的可纺性,为制订PVA/PVC共混高聚物体系的纺丝工艺条件提供了一定的理论依据。
This article gave out the viscosity which varies with the temperature in the PVA/ PVC polyblend system with different mixing ratios by means of revolving viscosimeter. By analysing the influence of various addition agents on the viscosity of the mixing sys- tem,the viscosity flowing activation energy of various mixing system had been calculated and the spinnability of the PVA/ PVC/SnO_2/ H_3BO_3 polyblend system had been discussed. The article provided certain theoretical basis for making the spinning condition of the PVA/PVC polyblend system.
