提出一个用粘度法判断红细胞变形性的新指标CH 被引量:2

摘要 红细胞(RBC)变形性与微循环是否良好密切相关,本文分析了粘度法评价RBC变形性的指标IR(刚性指数)及TK(流动系数)的不足,并用实验证明不足的原因在于仅用一个点的值无法反映η-γ曲线的非线性过程。本文提出使用变形系数CH(Change coefficient),即单位切变率单位血浆粘度下全血粘度增量的负值乘以IR的倒数来评价RBC的变形性。新指标在不增加仪器的情况下,只多测一个高切变率下的全血粘度值,就考虑了η-γ曲线的递减特性,从而减少了假阴性或假阳性,作者认为新指标易于临床推广,并应取代精确性较低的旧指标。作者给出了 50岁左右切变率从 115S-变化到 230S-1时,正常人 CH值的平均值,男:9.56±0.61,女:9.62±0.94。 Red blood cell (RBC) deformation is closely linked with microcirculation. This article analyzes the insufficience of rigidity index (TR) or flow coefficient (TK). IR or TK is using viscosity to evaluate RBC deformation The article gives futher explanation with experimental results. The insufficient reason lies in using only one point of curvature in μ-γ curve, which can not reflect non--line nature of curviline. The author puts forward using deformation coefficient-CH to evaluate RBC deformation. CH is the in cremental negative value of whole blood viscosity of the unit shear rate of the unit plasma viscosity times flexibility index (the reciprocal of reducing viscosity). The new evaluating index with- out additional new equipment, only needs one mere test of the whole blood viscosity of the high shear rate which can get μ-γ curvilinear decrasing successively character. The author thinks that the new index can replace IR or TK and it is applicable in clinic easily. The author also thinks that the thinking of the article have a certain clinical practical value and therioitical significance. The author, by experiment,gives deformation coefficient of normal persons at age about 50 or so. male: 9. 56±0. 61, female: 9. 62±0. 94
