脱钙骨制作标准的探讨

A Discussion about the Standard of Decalcified Bone Preparation

本文报告用Perkin—Elmer 2280型原子吸收分光光度仪对不同脱钙时间的免骨皮质及脱钙液中的钙量进行测定,求出其线性回归方程。结果显示:脱钙时间与脱钙量之间在一定条件下存在着正相关。作者认为:线性回归方程可用于指导各种脱钙骨的制作。

In our experiment,the calcium levels in cortical bone of rebbits and in decalcified fluid were measured by means of atmoic absorption spectrophotometer (Perkin—Elmer 2200) after various decalcified periods. The results showed a positive correlationship between decalcified time and extent in our condition, and an equation of linear regression was elicited from these results. It may indicated that such an equation may guide preparing various decalcified bones.
