摘要
本文主要根据国内一些科研单位对合浦十字路矿区砂质高岭土矿石进行选矿试验的结果,从矿石性质、工艺流程、设备选型、选别指标、产品方案及质量等各个方面进行评述。特别论述了所选择的选矿工艺流程是否合理必将影响到产品选别指标的好坏,而产品方案的安排又将涉及到矿山的经济效益。在总结和借鉴各单位试验研究的基础上,推荐了供工业生产上参考应用的选矿工艺流程、设备、产品方案和选别指标,同时对矿山经济效果进行了初步估算分析。因此认为目前开发利用可选性能良好的砂质高岭土矿,不但技术上可行,而且经济上合理,其前景十分广阔,且开发利用条件业于渐趋成熟,希望引起有关部门的重视。
Based on the ore dress done by other authors in Hepu sady kaolin deposit, this article has discussed many aspects of the results such as ore quality, technological flowsheet, equipment selection, metallurgical pertormance, product scheme etc. Especially the article suggests that technological flowsheet can influence the product scheme and so does the product scheme to the economy of ore deposits. Through concluding other author s results, the article put forth a suggestion of technological flowsheet, equipment selection, product scheme and metallurgical pertormance and a discussion on economic prospect of ore deposits. Finally the author thinks that the explosure of better quality ore deposits is possible in both the technology and economy.
