二期尿道吻合术治疗尿道损伤51例

REPORT OF 51 CASES WITH URETHRAL INJURIES TREATED WITH SECONDARY URETHRAL ANASTOMOSIS

本文报告了二期尿道吻合术治疗尿道损伤51例,近、远期疗效均好。尿道损伤早期,膀胱造瘘,三月后行二期尿道吻合术,是治疗尿道损伤、减少并发症较好的方法。
